What does "first location" vs "additional location" mean?
Your subscription starts at $85/month for your first location. If you have more than one physical location, each additional one is $50/month. So two locations = $135/mo, three locations = $185/mo, and so on.
What billing frequencies are available?
You can pay monthly, quarterly, or annually. Quarterly saves you 10% ($76.50/mo for your first location, billed $229.50 every 3 months). Annually saves 20% ($68/mo for your first location, billed $816/year). The discounts apply to all locations.
How long does it take to get listed?
After submitting your information, your listing typically goes live within 1–2 business days after our team reviews it for accuracy.
Can I update my listing after it goes live?
Yes — you can update your hours, contact information, description, photos, and daily specials at any time through your management dashboard.
What if my business is already listed but I didn't add it?
We sometimes add businesses from public information. If you see your business listed and want to claim it, use the "Claim this listing" button on your profile page — it's free to claim, and you can then subscribe to unlock full management features.
Do I need a contract?
No. All plans are cancel-anytime. If you pay quarterly or annually and cancel early, we'll prorate a refund for unused time.
Is the directory free for customers searching for businesses?
Yes — searching and browsing the directory is completely free for customers. The listing fee is only for business owners who want to be featured.
Can I include photos or a logo?
Yes. All plans include logo and photo upload. We recommend uploading a clear logo and at least one photo of your business or products.
